Morning All

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and what's the best way to de-bloat 🙈!!

I'm approximately 10 weeks pregnant at the moment and I'm suffering from severe bloating after I eat anything!!

I go from being flat(ish) stomach to what looks like a full term pregnancy in like 30 mins 🙈

It's also painful as my stomach is absolutely solid 🙁. It's making me want to stop eating!!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated especially as we still haven't told anyone about the pregnancy so having to wear baggy clothes these days to hide the bloating xx

I'm 12 weeks and it's faded now but oh god the bloating was awful at 10 weeks for me too. Nothing did a great deal tbh but I drank loads of water and added chia seeds to my diet/psyllium husk at night. It's gone now thank goodness and from reading around I think it's pretty common to go around 11/12 weeks, so take some reassurance that it does pass at least!

I did find eating little and often helped rather than 3 bigger meals (although at 10weeks I couldn't actually keep anything down due to morning sickness!). I found this also helped with heartburn later on. Just be careful though as with 'grazing' you can end up eating quite a lot more than usual and gaining more weight. Also drink lots of water.
