Maxi cosi car seat

I've just been practising putting it in the car (without isofix) - really doesn't seem secure!!! Can anyone reassure me?! I've followed the instructions but just don't seem right! It's different to the car seats I've had in the past

My pebble really confused me when putting it in. Have you put the belt in while over the two side things and then moved it across the back and pulled tight to secure?

Which seat is it? Can you post a picture of how you've got it installed?

How are you checking the fit? With a rear facing seat you should push into the shell of the seat to check it doesn't pull away from the car's seat, don't rock it from side to side.

Have you pulled the seatbelt tight after each step?
