Hey all, I hope your all coping in this heat!

I have a question about BH. This is second pregnancy, but didn't have hem much last time. With my BH, my bump will go rock solid and very uncomfortable. In terms of frequency, it’s every time I stand up/walk, and that one contraction will last the entire time I’m stood up, be that 5 mins or 2 hours. I’m 29+3. Is this a normal thing for one contraction to last so long? It's been doing it for weeks xx

I have spoken to other people with this problem and they have been to the doctor and that said it's muscles stretching as baby is going through a growth spurt. X
