The heat

Just wondering how people are coping being pregnant in this heat? I have hyperemisis and on sickness tablets but finding this heat is making it worst. I have a 4 and 3 year old to look after and no support only from husband when he is back from work. I am exhausted and wondering how others cope too.

I was wondering this too. I feel like poo.

I'm finding it hard as I have low blood pressure, but I don't have little ones to contend with, or hyperemisis. That sounds really tough.

I'm using a bowl of ice cubes/ ice water in front of a fan, and freezing small damp towels/flannels in a u-shape so I can hang them round my neck.

If you look on Amazon you can by these things called freeze or cooler towels. You dampen them them pull them and they chill. They stay chilled for up to two hours and you just repull them to activate the chill. I am loving mine!
