I was just wondering what on average did you have to wait for your dating scan letter? As I feel like it’s taking a long time but as this is my first pregnancy I’m not too sure on how long it supposed to be. I know you’re supposed to get the scan between 12-14 weeks but I’m currently 12+5 and have heard nothing.

How long ago was your booking appointment? I had my booking appointment at 8 weeks and letter by 10 weeks.

My midwife booked mine over the phone, I didn’t get a letter for any of my scans. Worth calling your midwife

Ive got mine today, letter arrived about a week after booking in appointment with midwife. I’d give the ultrasound department a ring and check.

You should probably have heard by now but I only got my letter a week before the appointment. I'd rung the ultrasound department the day before to check and they told me the date. Ring midwife and they'll probably ring the ultrasound department or give you the number.

I had my booking appointment at 7 weeks, had a scan letter come through a few days later. Scan was booked for the following week so I had to call and rearrange as it was too early.

Depends how long ago your booking appointment was. I didn’t have it until 12+2 this time so my scan letter was rushed through, came about 3 days after the appointment and had the scan at 13+6. 13+6 is the last day the nuchal fold screening can be done. Usually the scan appointments came through 1-2 weeks after my booking appointments.

Chase it up with the midwife.
