Baby didn't finish expressed bottle ? Do I have to throw it away?

So my lo only took an ounce of her bottle which I have expressed for and up until today I've been throwing away the left overs which is sometimes a lot when it's at the effort of expressing 🙈 Which I'm really struggling with ..so I was wondering can you reuse it and put it back in the fridge once it's already heated with boiling water or is it for the bin? Whatever is best for baby I just want to make sure I haven't been throwing away good hard pumped milk 🙈

If it’s already been heated don’t put it back on fridge but breast milk can be left at room temp for up to 8 hours I think as it has antibodies that formula doesn’t has hence it can be left out longer than formula , have a quick look on google will give you more detailed instructions on how you can store it x

This would happen to me and I would offer her 1-2oz at a time and leave the rest in the fridge to avoid any waste but it can be left out for a good few hours and reoffered

Once it's been in contact with baby's mouth, you can't keep it for as long.

... but most of the studies cited there suggest that you should be okay using it for the next feed.

I wouldn’t when it's already been heated but as said before I’d give her a bit less as you can then always heat more if she wants it
