Has anyone got any tips for getting a good night sleep. Noticed when partner is away I'm unable to sleep and unable to get comfy in any position I try to get into - any advice will be grateful

Have you tried a pregnancy pillow? They rest between your legs, so one leg is elevated, or you could try a normal pillow between your legs, then lie on your side.
Keep the room as cool as you can too.

I flip between exhaustion and insomnia..it's a pain in the ass.

I have found that keeping my legs separated with either pillows or the duvet(too hot to have over) helps me stay more comfy with less hip pain.
I also use some sleep therapy spray ( just lavender room mist) and I wear a sleep mask.. stops me waking up properly if I do stir, so that I can drop straight back off. And obviously make sure you have a wee just before sleep. Might make for less loo trips.

I pray for your sweet dreams hun Flowers

I have the pillow but I think it's also the cause for back pain too where I keep rolling at night trying to get comfy 😪 @Chocolatecoffeeaddict @Hjkillas
