Paranoid - pre term labour?

Attached a photo - might be gross.

33+5 today.

Have lost discharge like this for around a week now but today and yesterday I've lost quite a lot on one wipe like the photo. No infection or thrush (checked last week). Could this be my mucus plug? It's yellow and slightly tinged light green.

Also getting wave like back pains mid back at the waistline. I can't tell if I'm contracting with a hard stomach or not and never have been able to tell. Baby's moving fine. The back pains come on slowly, peak, then ease off. I've tried timing them and they're looking at lasting 30-40 seconds every 4 minutes or so. They haven't gone away when I've been up making dinner or moving positions but I can talk through them and they're not severe enough for me to double over etc, they're not amping up in intensity and they're not coming faster or longer.

I'm hydrated and drinking plenty through them. What else can I do? Should I call triage as it's so early or wait it out? My stomach doesn't feel hard when the back pain comes but theres increased pressure ifswim?

Never had any issues this early in previous pregnancies before and only ever seen my mucus plug during labour. Have a midwife appointment tomorrow but I'm a bit paranoid and don't want to leave anything to chance.

Would BH cause stomach tightening? I don't feel like I've got stomach tightening, just the waves of back pain. It's in the back of my mind that it's not normal but because they're not getting closer or more intense I know that it can't be proper labour.

Please, always call them if you’re concerned. My BH were very much bump tightening rather than waves of back pain, or both together. At 35+1 I suddenly felt very unwell but hard to explain, and I thought my waters might be leaking but it stopped and I went to bed. Saw my midwife next day who encouraged me to go in and she absolutely saved my son’s life, as I really didn’t think it warranted a check up.

If in doubt, please call the maternity ward or whatever the procedure is there

Bh are more bump tightening as its your uterus practicing.

Like pp has said if you are concerned do get checked out. Could be UTI (also happened to me) back pain etc and that caused me to go into prem Labour at 30 weeks with my youngest (thankfully stopped once it was treated)

Not going in tonight. Pain has stopped after a warm bath and have a midwife appointment tomorrow where hopefully she'll check for infection. So glad it's calmed 😣
