Does anyone else have this? I feel really stupid because this is dc2 so I should probably have more of an idea!

It's nothing I can time as such just feels like a constant period pain and I can't get comfortable. Since first thing this morning and hasn't eased.

Dc1's birth was drip induction and then arrived 3 hours later so I'm not sure if this is the beginnings of something or not. I'm panicking because I have to have a c section this time and I obviously need to make it to hospital!

If it’s different to any other discomfort you’ve had during pregnancy contact midwife/labour line for advice.

My first delivery started with period cramps for around 12 hours, then waters broke spontaneously.

I think given you’re scheduled for a c they will want to pop you on a monitor...

Labour feels like period pain. If that's what you are feeling, you should get yourself checked if you are supposed to be having a c section.

Give your local day assesment or labour ward a ring. They'll answer your worries and if they feel inside they'll get you in for a check over x
