I am sitting at work and I am petrified, I have crippling pains in my stomach, almost feel faint with them.. they are coming in waves like af pain.. they have stopped now, but I feel like I am bursting out of my trousers I have really swollen up.. and have a bubbling feeling in my lower stomach... plus my urine smells a bit funny.. I haven't got a shoulder pain which I had with my last ectopic... I am really worried

Can you leave work and go to the doctor? With your medical history, I think you should.

not really we don't have a manager at the moent and I work in sales so its all targets targets targets and plus my diary is full this pm with appointments..
I am trying to sit still but I don't have any spotting which I suppose is a good sign.. I have had cramping on and off for the last couple of weeks but nothing to this extent

go home, and rest... call your local EPAU

Well I am not really experienced in this sort of thing but I have a sister who had an ectopic and could have died. I am sure you know better than me the symptoms to look out for, but just let me say this to you: your sales targets and appointments, howver important they seem to you, are not as important as your own health and maybe life, and the health and life of your child.

I hope I am worrying about nothing. You know best, but take care of yourself.

I know- I am going to ring the EPU at lunch and see if they can see me, they are only based round the corner
