Feeling so guilty about work

I’ve had quite a few days off since I was about 6 weeks pregnant (now nearly 11) I’m probably averaging at about 1.5 days off a week.

I’ve had things like a regular upset stomach and morning sickness. Thing is, even when I’m present at work I’m not giving it my all as I feel so rough.

I’m hoping to feel better in a couple of weeks but I don’t know how to rectify it? It’s just me and another person on my team.

Nothing you can do, just have to ride it out.

You're doing your best, that's all you can do :-) before I was pregnant I had little sympathy with pregnant colleagues, now I have 100% maximum sympathy because you're doing this massive, amazing thing which is tiring, hard work, changes your whole life, stops you doing the things you enjoy and makes you feel like you've got food poisoning... yet everyone seems to think you can carry on as normal!?

Take each day as it comes, be kind to yourself. I'm now 38 weeks and (for me) the first trimester was a million times harder than this!
