Hello,

Ok I am 31 and have two children they are the loves of my life and me and my husband have been talking and some point next year we are thinking of making a try for a third.

But I am some reservations..ok.....my first pregnancy went pretty standard till the last week, I was in labour for a week, I was in a lot of pain and it got so bad I had to have an emergency c section because I just couldn't push. I also struggled to breast feed then I almost died due to sepsis.
Then my second pregnancy I had SPD from the end of the first trimester and was is constant pain and just kept falling asleep in most places then I had to have c section because I was in to much pain and couldn't breast feed due to introverted nipples.

So I have had a ruff but if we have a third I wanted to try for a naturally, has anyone had multiple c sections and SPD and still managed a natural birth?
What would you recommend to help.

Hello! I am currently trying for no. 3, a much debated idea, but just decided to go with my heart and try!

I have not had a c section but have had severe SPD from end of 1st trimester in both my pregnancies...it is so tough and I am not looking forward to going through it again but I figure that it is only for a short time and the pain doesn’t last forever... but the love you get in return lasts a life time.
Go with your heart and go for it Grin

I’m currently pregnant with number 3. I also nearly died of sepsis (after number 2) due to mastitis so am anxious about feeding this time round!
I had fairly straightforward pregnancies and births with my first 2 but have had HG this time which has been really bloody tough with 2 pre schoolers to look after. Through the worst of it now though and hoping for a smoother ride from now on.
My older DC are so excited!

Having my third was super hard work, but awesome. I was so relaxed with her as a newborn, everything felt an awful lot easier and she slotted in beautifully. DD1 loves that she remembers the day her sister was born and remembers holding her for the first time and my three girls get along beautifully.

Turned out that I love having a bigger family so much that I'm now pregnant with number four!
