Spec of blood after wiping

I just went for a wee and there was a spec of blood after wiping. It was just on the toilet tissue and nothing in the bowl. It wasn't a very big spec of blood but now i'm panicking. I've not had any cramping.

I am suffering from horrendous thrush (although i've had it so long i'm not sure it is now) so i'm not sure if its from this or if I have a UTI or if it's something more sinister.

I was going to ring the dr first thing tomorrow but has anyone else had this?

Sorry should have added that I am 10 weeks & 4 days pregnant

Was it red or Brown? Brown could just mean it's old blood.

I had some bleeding at 25ish weeks in my last pregnancy, and some in this one though I’m only 4+4.

Both times, they’ve got a doctor to call me back within two hours and advised me on what to do.

Alternatively, do you have an early pregnancy unit?

It was red but it wasn’t a bright red. Definitely more red than brown
