Hi there,
Anyone living in Cobham? I'm 9 weeks, due in February and we've recently moved to the area... looking to get to know anyone in the area or around! X

Congratulations Thanks

Not Cobham exactly but work in Walton, and live a little further out in Camberley.

JustVent · 22/07/2018 19:52

Ah camberley, blast from the past.
I went to school there

AbiStar · 22/07/2018 20:13

Oh yes Walton is close, congratulations to you too! When are you due?

@JustVent we've just moved to Camberley. I grew up in Shepperton and lived in Woking for a while.

@AbiStar I am due the first week of March

AbiStar · 22/07/2018 20:22

So I guess you're in the same position in Camberley...not really knowing people if you've recently moved too?

I'm the other side of Esher towards Hampton Court and due the end of Oct.

There are quite a few groups in the area once the baby arrives!

I go to pregnancy Pilates in Hersham which is good and not too expensive.

AbiStar · 22/07/2018 20:53

Oh great, thanks for that! I've been looking for a pregnancy yoga/Pilates course!

@AbiStar know absolutely nobody in Camberley. Hoping I'll start to meet people soon

cookiesaurus · 22/07/2018 21:01

@AbiStar https://www.betterbodytraining.com/

There's a new session starting in September and it's based in a church hall in Hersham.

I think you need to be at least 13 or 16 weeks pregnant before doing Pilates but I can't remember.

AbiStar · 22/07/2018 21:39

@JustVent I think it'll be easier when the babies arrive but in the meantime it can feel a bit lonely!

@TheWanderlust oops, mentioned the wrong person then, sorry! New to all this!

@cookiesaurus ah thanks for that! Only 12 minutes away, I'm looking for something come September so that would work perfectly!

Haha, it’s strange seeing all these towns so close to me. Search ‘Cobham mummies’ on Facebook, I don’t live in Cobham but previously worked there and the group is fab for recommendations or advice :)

I’m due December, and frequent all the towns mentioned!
