About 8 weeks pregnant (not sure, preg straight after mc n2)
The only "symptoms" I had/have is about one week (w7) of needing naps
Every now and then I get lower back pains, more localised in one or two spots rather than all over.
I had the tiniest amount of very very light brown discharge the day after I stopped practically falling to sleep standing up. But absolutely clear when I checked my cervix.

Just worried, with dd I had the most painful large boobs, extreme tiredness, and couldn't fit into my regular jeans from 6weeks until 10 weeks.

I know every pregnancy is different, but does anybody have any experience of absolutely no symptoms, or symptoms of previous miscarriages, any having a healthy bean growing?

Worst fear currently is babe having stopped growing and a third mc in a row! What will be will be I guess!

I've had different symptoms for carrying girls and boys (have 2 of each).

Maybe this time you're carrying a boy and that's the reason for the different symptoms?

I totally understand your worries. I had a couple of MMCs in between and I was so paranoid at different points about symptoms or lack of symptoms. It's so hard isn't it?!

Last time I was so tired and so nauseous but my boobs never hurt

This time I'm tired but no nausea and my boobs are so sore

@ems137, you're very right about it being so hard not to be paranoid about silly things!

Thanks for the input ladies, I'm terrible at this waiting game when nothing is certain and you have no physical reassurance!
Just keep reading others experiences to keep me occupied!

I’m pregnant straight after a MC as well, congratulations. I had sore boobs and nausea from week 4-6 then it disappeared, of course I was really worried (scanned and everything is looking good!) I’m about 8-9 weeks now and sickness has just hit with a vegence, as well as blinding headaches. When I was pregnant with DD my symptoms were pretty consistent from 5-13 weeks.

Pregnancy is a whirlwind especially in the early days, take it easy and contact your epas if you’re worried, they’re usually fabulous!
