15 weeks and boobs shrinking??? Help!

Hi... I'm 15+2 and for the past couple of days I have felt, well, just not pregnant anymore. Stomach definitely flatter and boobs seem to be shrinking / are less hard. I am really worried something has gone wrong but trying not to think of it. Had scan at 13+2 and everything good apart from a leaky heart valve that we need to have a follow up scan for at 20 weeks. Last week I was still getting occasional nausea and boobs were sore and this week things seem to be going in the opposite direction?? Anyone else have this experience?

I had this though slightly later along but unfortunately it wasn't good news. I'd call your midwife and see if she will fit you in for your 16w appointment early or book a reassurance scan.

Though I'm sure others will have experienced this and had a happy ending

I'm so sorry for what happened to you. But oh god I'm panicking now. I have my 16week midwife next week. I am also getting sharp like twinges occasionally, in random places but definitely coming from uterus area, random meaning they aren't alway in same location. I had put them down to stretching and growing etc but wondering if they are something a bit more sinister now...

@17caterpillars1mouse - you poor thing Flowers

I’ve just had my 16 week appt and asked for the Doppler because my breasts had shrunk a bit too and the soreness wasn’t nearly as intense. Everything was fine. I think bloating and the early pregnancy hormones subsiding a bit had a role to play in it. Thinking of you. The worry is shit.

@SophieStripe - forgot to say, I have the twinges too. Also freaked me out. This is my 4th baby so you would think I had got the hang of this GrinConfused.

Thanks mittensofsteel. Defo going to ask her to use doppler. I had had a good look and actually I think boobs are still big, it's just they are less hard/sore. They are still incredibly veiny! I've had the twinges for quite a few weeks now so I do actually think they are normal. I hope. Im sure everything is fine I just needed a little bit of reassuring. Really hoping boobs get sore again and it's just a hormones up and down thing!

Mine stopped hurting a bit before that and still don't hurt now (@ 31+3)

I think after the placenta takes over your Progesterone levels drop a bit and the breast pain eases
