So I had an ovarian cyst removed it was inside my left ovary and it was 3.5kg and now I am 3 months post op and now I think I might be pregnant. I am getting all these cramps in my stomach, headaches, tender breasts, back ache and weird bodily functions. Anyway I took a first response test and I think there is a faint line on it and it isn't evaporative because it has a shade of pink. I am not late for my period yet. It is due in 6 days.

Given the situation with the cyst it might be worth making an appointment to see your GP next week to discuss whether there are any particular considerations (I'm not saying there will be but it's worth an appointment to discuss it).

Sounds like you could be, although six days before your period is due is pretty early to be having symptoms. I would wait and see if your period is late and then do another test to be sure.

If I am pregnant it would be about 3 weeks
