Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I had awful spasms throughout both my pregnancies. My midwife said it was just the muscles stretching. Try not to worry, ring your midwife tomorrow if you are worried. Flowers

I had this in first trimester, really painful actually! Also was sometimes like a stabbing pain. Hot water bottle helped me loads :-) hope it passes soon. (Ps 38 weeks now and have to say 3rd trimester has been a million times easier for me than the first so be kind to yourself).

Thanks for your replies, I messaged the midwife she said i might have caught a nerve, feel fine today!
On another note I'm a nurse and a patient I'm caring for today may have just got a D&V bug 😬 I've not told work I'm pregnant because people gossip and I want my loved ones to know first.... is it a risk to me or baby... don't want to add more risk of miscarriage, so frightened it could go wrong x

Depends on the cause of the vomiting and diarrhoea, I would absolutely tell work asap (managers should keep it a secret) but you need to make sure they put protection in place for you and baby :-)
