This is my first pregnancy I'm 27 and have PCOS. Not sure how far along I am yet (had a period in May, but can't remember if I had one in June as it was a stressful month) but but my Scan tomorrow will tell me. Any advice on what to expect when I go? I've booked a private early scan and should be no more than 10 weeks along.
