Hello,
I'm new to this app, and hope it helps. I'm a super new pregnant lady 😊. I'm only 5.5 weeks and feel so anxious it all going to go wrong...
I know two people who have miscarried and one was 8 weeks. I don't feel very pregnant atm. Odd twinge and maybe sore boobs...ish. I just so worried! As it's my first and we don't want to jinx it my husband and I don't want to tell anyone till the first scan. Which is hard for me as I'm worried, husband says don't worry and sure it's fine, and he won't get excited till he knows all is well! I'm excited and scared. Any advice as I worry me stressing ( I'm fine at home and work of busy) will not be good! Also I'm a new veggie (pesk) and was only really eating salmon and tuna... now what can I eat cause I read I shouldn't eat that now more than once a week... I'm not a very adventurous cook!
Need a chill pill just almost wish I didn't know until I was 12 weeks haha! Help, thanks in advance xxBear

Sounded like me when I was pregnant! I was always worried all the way to my LG was born. It’s natural, but don’t over think it. I took too many pregnancy tests then at the first scan worried I wouldn’t see a baby. I didn’t really eat during the first 18 weeks due to morning sickness just crackers and ice, once I started eating I went for it, I ate anything I could get my hands on 😂 I had an app which helped a lot with food, health and everything with what’s happening in the belly.
Just enjoy the pregnancy and carry on as normal :) and congratulations 🙂

Thanks, I will try. I think deep down I always assumed I wouldn't get pregnant and now I am, I'm just concerned. It's so hard to not tell people especially as some friends knew we were trying and I don't want to say I'm not pregnant and jinx it haha! I've gone mad! So just saying I'm not sure yet!
Thanks for your reply. Glad everything worked out for you 😊

I remember how difficult it was not to tell people, I was scared if I told anyone I would loose it. I think every women feels that, your not alone. Just try and word it different if anyone asks, and just hope they don’t ask until you can reveal the amazing news :) my family kept asking what was up with me and my food at the beggining, I was just like ahh I’ve got bug or I drank to much yesterday lol 😂

I'm 12 weeks today hun and felt exactly like you (still do at times)! Maybe you could be an early scan at around 7 weeks just for reassurance? I had one for other reasons and we saw a heartbeat and everything and it calmed me down A LOT! I think it's only natural to worry but I think at 5.5 weeks the chances of NOT miscarrying is about 85% so the odds are in your favour. Congratulations Smile

Aw thanks... maybe an early scan or even a chat with a midwife would be nice. Need to get planning some fun things for my days off to keep me distracted. You have made me feel brighter tho. Cheers, what a wolly I am haha
