Hi everyone I have a growth scan today and it's a sonographer who isn't able to do 20 week scans but is doing a growth scan. Has anyone had a growth scan where they told u the sex correctly?

I don't know if they will tell you, as it isn't an anomoly scan. If there's no harm on asking. All depends on the sonographer to be honest.

I think anytime after around 16 weeks they can fairly confidently give you their opinion on the sex. Hope you get to find out! X

We had an 'extra' scan at just over 15 weeks to look for ntds and the sonographer was able to tell us the sex.

Just ask them to tell you if they know/Have time to look.
