Took too many vitamins

Help i accidentally just took two seven seas pregnancy stage 2 tablets - should I panic?

Nope.

B vitamins and vitamin C are water soluble so you pee out the excess.

Multi-vitamins have very little vitamin D in them even if they are for pregnancy.

Please dont panic you & baby will be absolutely fine, as a one off it will do no harm. If really worries skip tomorrows dose.

Also the iron in one tablet is under the recommended daily allowance for pregnant women.
