Just that really. How do you do it? I started off today feeling pretty good as I'd actually got a couple nights decent sleep, but after being out at a group and lunch witha friend then a prolonged massive tantrum, I'm absolutely done in. Lying in couch while dd watches peppa elsewhere.

Do others still go out and do normal things or am I expecting too much? I'm 32wks.

I'm 40+3 and have an 18 month old. I have found that getting out of the house actually helps - taking DD to a group or to soft play. Then I have a proper lie down while she naps (thankfully she still has 2 a day).

Other than that I just ask for help a bit more - I leave the vacuuming to DH and he does a lot of the cooking now. Be kind to yourself!

Yes I think I'd go mad if I didn't go out with her at all but maybe today was too much. DD is 2.5 and stopped napping before she was 2 so peppa time is my closest chance of rest Sad. Hope you get to meet your little one very soon!
