30 weeks and done !!

Anyone else just hate pregnancy? This is my second and I feel the same as I did on my daughter. I just do not enjoy anything about it ?! If it don't move I panic but when it starts moving it grosses me out 😂 I feel a hot sweaty mess and just cannot cope any more 😂 or am I totally alone and every else who's pregnant enjoys everything about it and shits glitter it's that amazing ?

I absolutely HATED being pregnant. Everyone I spoke to before getting preggers was all ‘it’s amazing’ and I felt like a freak because I thought it was shit. I’d been sold some Earth mama bollocks, I’d be beautiful and at one with the world, and I was just a fat, sweaty heifer who swelled up like veruca salt on steroids, who hated the world and every single person who said I must be due to pop soon when I still had another 4 months to go.

Best thing about being pregnant was having scans (provided my DTs were agreeable and wanted scanning otherwise it hurt) and the day I gave birth so was no longer pregnant.

Don’t get me wrong, my babies are amazing and I’d stay pregnant every day for the rest of my life if I had to for them, but I’m put off having any more because I’d have to be the one actually pregnant.

Im 26 weeks and i feel the same!! I get worried if i dont feel my baby then when he kicks it feels so strange. Im overheating all the time if we go out i end up nearly passing out . I cant wait to meet my beautiful boy but wow my 2nd baby and im done after this birth xxx

Iwantaunicorn you have made my week with your comment ! Glad I ain't the only one that feels cheated by it all. I feel your pain I've been staying in constantly. I feel sorry for my daughter being stuck in but I just can't hack being outside in this weather even taking her to nursery and picking her up is killing me off. I agree with you in done after this one to !!

I know im the same with school runs with my son, finish work soon as i cant even be bothered what the crap that work brings lol. Just want to look nice again my feet are huge my bum is silly big and my boobs are enormous. This hot weather needs to hurry up and go never been more excited for winter x

I know exactly what you mean, I’m 30 weeks and I just can’t wait to go back to my old self.
Also everyone I speak to tells me how they loved being pregnant and I feel awful because I don’t, like I’m missing out on some great secret

I hear you! I’m 32 weeks, sore back, pelvis and ribs. Swollen feet, hands. Had 5+ months suffering severe HG, and various other horror shows along the way. Not to mention Braxton Hicks, baby is kicking lumps out of me and it’s too sodding hot! I am crabbit and feel like a whale - the next person who starts to tell me how wonderful and special pregnancy is, proceeds to tell me a birthing horror story, or tries to tell me how they can’t believe how ‘quick it’s flown in’ may never be seen alive again!

The fact you’re looking after another wee one as well means you are deserving of hero worship in my books!

You're not alone! I actually despised being pregnant to the point that at one point, I was genuinely considering getting a surrogate for when I want another child.

I liked the scans and I liked the kicks (most of the time) but I hated everything else and towards the end, I kinda just lost the plot and felt so angry about everything and anything.

Fucking hate it. I'm 33 weeks and look like a cow. Nothing fits me properly. It's too hot. I miss the old me. Gah.

Almost 33 weeks here - but 7 weeks today I'll be giving birth as booked in for a c section. So I suppose I'm lucky I can count down the days.

But yep, this is my 3rd and I'm with the rest of you. Just dropped off the dcs at school. House is a tip, really want to clean but I'm sat with my electric fan on full and know I won't move until at least 11.30.....

So looking forward to not having school run to do as just that is killing me off. But then again that means I'll be stuck with the dcs all day. Obviously I love them to absolute pieces but no idea how I'm going to actually get through the next 7 weeks.

I had all these plans to do with them before baby was born....but I think a couple of trips to the park will be all I can manage as long as I can sit in the shade.

I've suffered with hypermesis in this one and all my others as well as frequent water infections. The first 16 weeks I was in hospital more than at home.

I'm also on massive ice cube craving. Problem is they make me feel so ill afterwards.

I can't control the cravings, I've tried since I woke up but I need the ice cubes. Just had 3 in a drink and now I feel awful. Can't win lol

Yes. 31 weeks today and had enough. Have SPD and do struggling to walk, struggle to get off sofa and out of bed. The thin parts of me are usually wrists, ankles and fingers. I now have sausage fingers and cankles.

Still working until 37+4 but wishing could finish now as sick of bollock brained clients stressing the shit out of me.

If one more person says “not long now” I’m going to kill them. First baby so could be another 11 weeks!

I am very grateful to be pregnant, especially as almost 40 and had a MMC last year, but I bloody hate being pregnant. Apart from the kicks - I like those.

I had the ice cube craving with DC2, I used to get though 1kg bag a day .

I’m 24 weeks and feel the same. The heat is absolutely stifling, I can’t cope with it anymore. I’m sure I’ll manage a lot better when it fucks off.

You have my sympathies. I also hate pregnancy. I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks, I was sick of being pregnant by 4 weeks 😂😂 (although much wanted baby!).

I literally HATE being pregnant.

Now I'm 37 weeks so have survived (by some form of miracle) 34 weeks of hating pregnancy!!

Ooo I've had slightly more energy today. I've even hoovered behind the sofas. Might sound like a geek but I hope this is the start of my nesting as I can't stand the house being a tip. Finally got rid of some of dcs old toys which I've been meaning to do for weeks....bet you any money they realise they've gone even though they haven't been played with in forever lol. I've even treated myself to some new....oven trays lol 👍🏻
