As the title says... I bought my husband “Pregnancy for Men” and it’s brilliant! Factual, funny and gives advice in a non judgemental way.
My friend bought me Giovanna Fletcher’s “Happy Mum Happy Baby” And whilst it’s a lovely biographical account of motherhood it’s not really telling me anything, it’s a bit wishy washy and it’s hard to feel in tune with someone quite as privileged as she is... possibly reverse snobbery on my part... plus the amount of product and name dropping that takes place got really annoying. I’ve put it down and I’m only 50% if the way through!
Has anyone got any good suggestions, I don’t want the preaching of What to Expect... and I don’t quite want the biographical accounts either!
