Any idea what this is on my foot?

Never had a verruca or a wart or anything before. I'm now 18 weeks pregnant and have this lump on my foot. I thought it was a splinter, so poked at it for a bit a couple days ago but couldn't find the splinter. It has like a black dot in the middle.

Any treatment options that are safe in pregnancy?

It's at the bottom on my big toe.

Oh and it hurts to touch.

Looks like a puncture with something still in there. Use a sterilised needle and have a poke? There was a thread on here the other day about someone who had a hair stuck in their foot.... it just pulled out once they got tweezers on the end of it.

Is you tetanus up to date?

I think it's a verrucca, you'd have to ask a pharmacist what's safe but I imagine the freezing option is ok. Don't poke it.

Looks like a new verucca. Personally I just cut them out myself over a few weeks.

Yup looks like a verrucca, the stronger form of bazooka worked for me last time I had one, obviously check packaging to make sure you can use during pregnancy though.
