I can't remember to be honest. I think they just asked about when the unprotected sex took place, maybe any other medication you're on etc? If you need it don't let the line of questioning put you off - they deal with it all the time.

You can use a fake name or say you don't want to tell them. They NEED to know when you had sex and current medications.
