Hey
I’m a size 6/8 and I’m 13 weeks pregnant now with a tiny low down bump. My clothes are getting too tight but I’m not big enough obviously for full blow maternity

I’d rather not buy a whole new wardrobe just yet lol, but is that what people do, just but some clothes a size too big for the waist ?

Im the same as you but 15 weeks pregnant. I went into H&M the other day and just got a few a-line dresses in a bigger size and going to order some maternity bits on boohoo. Check them out 😊

I never got maternity clothes at all. My indoor tracksuit bottoms and t shirts fitted the whole way through. My going out clothes fitted until I was around 7 months. Then I just got some leggings, jeans, tops and dresses in the next size up.
Same with underwear, I just got a size bigger when I needed to.

Even for after the birth I just had normal full knickers and and non underwired bras (I knew i wouldn't be breast feeding at all so).
The only maternity thing I got was a tankini from mothercare for the pool, as it was the only place I could find one.

I relied on Primark in bigger sizes until I felt I needed to get more maternity clothes. I was a size 6 but my bump overtook me lol. Normal maxi dresses always lasted me well. My friend mainly wears t-shirt bodycon style dresses in the next size up.
