Early pregnancy- swollen down there?

I’m 5 weeks. I had a healthy pregnancy with my first then 2 miscarriages.

I’m feeling quite swollen down there at the moment! Almost to the point it feels like there’s something in there. Anyone else experience this?

Congratulations on your pregnancy! The early days are always such a worry with seemingly endless new symptoms aren't they?!
I suffered from something similar all the way through my last pregnancy. I was checked by my GP a number of times as it became so painful I couldn't stand for long or walk slowly anywhere (eg supermarket shopping was the worst!) and was told it was 'vulvar varcosities' or various veins in the vulvar. I seem to remember it starting quite early on. Hope that's helpful but always best to get checked at GP anyway x

I'm so sorry, I just re-read that you've suffered two miscarriages before this pregnancy. You must be feeling very anxious. If your symptoms do sound similar then my best advice would be feet up and rest x

@thewaitresses thank you for your reply. I just can’t help worrying there’s something wrong with my cervix or something. The first loss was 11 weeks and after an upset stomach my baby fell out. But then my second was a different experience- paid for an early scan at 9 weeks and was told there was a yolk sack only- no baby. I’m
Sort of hoping because the 2 were so different, there’s not a problem
As such- just bad luck! I just keep
Googling and reading all sorts. I’m going crazy.
