Me 🖐. No2 will only be 13 months old when no3 arrives as well, total unplanned shock. Slightly nervous about how it will work but looking forward to the years if fun ahead!

myeyesmyeyes · 14/07/2018 23:17

Congrats Venus. Ours will be 4&6 so we've got a bit of a gap 😱. When are you due?

Due November. Ive had to upgrade my car to get 3 car seats and a double buggy in! 😂 my elsest is 3 so 3 preschoolers for me 🙊 when are you due?

lozengeoflove · 15/07/2018 00:21

Me too. 19 weeks pregnant with number 3, due in December. Other DCs will be nearly 5 and 2 and a half.

How are you feeling OP? It’s not easy being pregnant with having another two children to look after!

MrsY87 · 15/07/2018 06:27

I'm 9 weeks with our #3 which has turned out to be twins! DD is 3.5 and DS is 10m so all being well we'll have 3 under 18m come February! It feels totally crazy!

MrsY87 · 15/07/2018 06:28

@venus417 what double buggy have you gone for?

TheCag · 15/07/2018 06:59

Me too, due in Jan. dc’s will be 6 and 4 when this one arrives.

We both feel like we’re slightly mad but we are excited too. Kids can’t wait for dc3 to arrive!

SoyDora · 15/07/2018 07:08

I’m 16 weeks with number 3! Others will be 5 and 3 when this one is born. Due end of December.
Congrats on your BFP!

lrwe · 15/07/2018 07:18

I'm 16 weeks with #3 my others will be 6 and 3 when this one arrives in December!

ICJump · 15/07/2018 07:52

I’m 9/10 weeks with number 3. We have a 7&3 year old. It wasn’t planned but it’s welcome. Although I’m worried how I’ll manage with 3.

venus417 · 15/07/2018 08:10

@MrsY87 the maxi cosi dana for 2. Its side by side and fits a maxi cosi car seat 1 side and proper toddler seat the other so ideal for what i need. Good luck! What on earth are you going to do for a buggy?!

MrsY87 · 15/07/2018 08:21

I don't know 🤷‍♀️ ! I'm thinking a double which easily converts from twin to baby & toddler and a sling. So when I have all 3 little ones one twin in sling, one in carrycot/car seat and toddler in seat...my DD is so lazy she still likes going in the buggy at 3.5 so she's going to have a shock when that is definitely no longer an option! I already have an out & about double which I use for long days out/country walks etc but the seat recline is difficult to use and it has no storage which isn't ideal with 4 under 5!

DobbyIsAGoodElf · 15/07/2018 11:27

I'm 14 weeks with #3. My older ones will be just turned 3 and nearly 5 when this one arrives.

We're a over the initial shock now and the kids are exited but it's been another awful hyperemesis pregnancy for me and my 2 year old is a bit of a nightmare atm

Luckily my eldest starts full time school in September and the youngest starts 5 mornings a week at school too so will be nice to have some time at home with just the baby.

rockchickchickyrock · 15/07/2018 11:51

Yes! I’m about 9 weeks gone and the nausea hit last week, it’s floored me :-(
I’ve got a 3 and 4 year old, the eldest starts school Inn september and the youngest is doing 3 days at nursery.
We always wanted 3, but still a bit nervous about managing 3!

Honeybee79 · 15/07/2018 16:31

Me. And ours was a totally unplanned shock Grin. 13 weeks.

Smilenow2008 · 15/07/2018 20:33

Baby number 3 due March 2019 (early days yet) I have a 4 and 9 hear old

PrincessPear · 15/07/2018 21:00

I am having twins, so both 2 and 3 Smile

myeyesmyeyes · 15/07/2018 22:37

@venus I'm literally only just 6 weeks so still very much in shock. I can't believe it.
Congratulations @MrsY87 you're certainly going to be a busy bee. Do you have twins in the family?
@lozengeoflove I'm not feeling too bad thank you lovely taking it a day at a time. I have an sci so it's certainly not going to be a straightforward pregnancy and not one I thought I'd ever achieve. I was happy with two. I'll just be taking it day by day x

Me!! 32 weeks, very unexpected but delighted about it now we’re over the shockGrin 10 year age gap between our youngest and this baby- it really is like starting from scratch again! So much more baby “essentials” now than in 2008!

MrsY87 · 17/07/2018 22:14

@myeyesmyeyes there is one set of twins 3 generations ago so it hadn't really crossed my mind that we might end up with a 4th when we decided on a 3rd!

Lemontwist · 18/07/2018 10:25

I'm due DC3 any day now! DCs are 6 and 8 so a bit of a gap! Slightly apprehensive of whole 6 weeks summer holiday with 3!

Cloud9889 · 18/07/2018 14:45

I'm expecting number 3 1st Feb so only 12 weeks but had my scan and all is erll. @venus* do you mind me asking what car you have gone for. Our only car is a Hyundai i30 and although fine for the 4 of us it's gonna be a tight squeeze - one car seat would definitely have to go in the front. We are thinking of getting a new car but not sure what- not sure about MPVs - we had a qashqai +2 (7seater - two seats can be lifted from boot) and I loved this but had to sell as had loads of issues with the car. We are thinking of maybe getting another one and just having the oldest sit in the back row of seats
