Hey, so one year ago, in two days, I gave birth to my DS and as it happens it wasn't to be long before I found out I was pregnant again. I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant. During both of these pregnancies I've had throbbing pain in my back... Not constantly and not necessarily aggravated by anything. I thought it might be braxton hicks as it does feel like contracting but when I've looked up braxton hicks it seems to be focused more around the front. Is it still possible that it could be BH or is it something else. I never had this with my first pregnancy and it can be very painful, it last a few seconds and then goes away. Sometimes it comes in waves over a few minutes but never for very long. But that is exactly how it feels like waves rolling through my back almost a pulsating feeling and I kindve hold my breath when it happens cos it can come on quickly and strongly. Can anyone relate or explain what it could be. Side note:- it's not an aching pain like the obvious kind you get with pregnancy as I have that most of the time in the bottom of my back and it's not sciatica cos I get that too. This is kindve like the throbbing you would get in your head if you were upside down for too long... But it hurts more... So yeah hit meh
