Braxton hicks at 21 weeks

Hi all, is this normal? I’m just over 21 weeks and I’m getting braxton hicks (I think) this is my second pregnancy so I’m fairly sure - unless it’s the baby turning or something?? I have no pain or bleeding or anything, it just is a little uncomfortable!

Ive had them from around that point too, second child. Especially if I hadn't drank enough, was on my feet a lot or did anything cheeky with OH..

I'm 37 weeks tomorrow and starting to get them half hourly now. They are a pain but hopefully iterus is more prepared for labour
