Early 8 week scan in 2 days, so scared!

After loosing our first baby in Feb... we have a early 8 week scan this weekend!
I'm so nervous... I'm a wreck! Get a funny tummy every time I think about it...

I can't wait for it to be here yet I'm so terrified for the day to come at the same time incase it all happens again! 😢🙏🏼✨

Thats normal - i had mine today - im 8 weeks :) Also had a Mc early this year

Deep breathe - once you see that heart flicker - enjoy it - genuinely one of the most perfect things ive ever seen :)

The biggest congrats to you!! How was you on the day? I've literally got nervous butterflies every time I think about it... we lost our last at 12ish weeks but baby had stopped growing at 6... so I'm so worried it's all gonna happen again... I'm getting myself so worked up most days I know I just need to calm down, just so hard!

Good. Partner was happy to Wait till 12 weeks but like yourself, I needed to be able to actually sleep!!

Took 3 attempts to see anything as I can't hold anything down at the moment including water ! Massively struggling. But worth the sea sick feeling to get that little picture of "her". (Convinced it's a girl after the amount of sickness and worry)!! Lol.

Best of luck to you. Please let me know how you get on. And your absolutely right getting an early scan. I want several all through .

I've not really had sickness- just little waves throughout the day... it more feels like hungry sickness though.. which is a bad thing Cos all I wanna do is eat 🙈

I'm constantly symptom checking though to make sure they are still there.. I'm honestly a nervous wreck, I'm driving my partner insane. Plus it's really hard as we've chosen to not tell anyone at all this time because of what happened last time so if feel quite alone in it! But touch wood only 4ish more weeks to go until I can shout from the roof tops lol 🙏🏼

Saw the little heartbeat... I'm a few more days a long that we thought so I'm now around 8w 4d.
Going to book another scan for around 10 weeks. How's things with you? x
