Left hand side pain - 26 weeks

I have a sharp pain in my left side, will call the midwife but wondered if anyone else has had this? Baby is still active had a few kicks to the tummy and bladder

Is it constant or does it come and go? Is it worse when you move? Could be round ligament pain. I get it both sides but lately it’s worse on my left side. It happens when I walk any distance and can be incredibly intense. Feels like a stitch.

I'm 28 weeks and get this too mostly when I walk-I mentioned it at my last appointment (am consultant led) and the doctor checked me over in case of a hernia(!)

She said it's probably scar tissue from my previous c section pulling or ligament pain.
