I'm 11 weeks and have a bump!

serious i have a very profoud bump which everyone is noticing and have started rubbing! I was asked how far I had to go yest by a stranger. I said I am only 11 weeks and they looked at me like I was lying.
Anyone else have similar?

Yes, me! i couldnt do my trousers up and was scared it was two, not one!! tbh though, its more likely your bowels reaction to the pg hormones than the baby....but feels nice anyway!

Me too. I started getting bigger from week 6, probably massive water retention. By 11 weeks I definately had a bump and there was no doing the top buttons up! Scan says its not twins so that's a relief.

Don't worry, I think everyone's different. When my friend was 12 weeks she still had a flat stomach.

It's meant to come early after you have already had a baby, so maybe that's why.
Some 2nd/3rd timers on jan thread already complaining about tight trousers and less far on than you, so may well end up same

I'm 14+1 but not sure if i have a bump or if it's just fat coz of my monster appetite. Thank goodness the appetite is diminishing again!

I am the same - am only 9 weeks and someone offered me a seat on the bus. I wouldn't mind but I am trying to hold off telling colleagues at work until after scan. This is my second with my first pregnancy I didn't have a bump until I was four months+

this makes me laugh - at 27 weeks last time I asked someone to move out of my reserved seat on a train because I was pregnant and not going to stand for 3 hours and he said 'prove it' luckly I had my scan photos on me!! but I was in maternity cloths and had a bump (and I'm a size 12 - I thought it was obvious) found out guys a work had a 'fat or pg' sweep stake when I was about 20 weeks and desperate to a have a bump - this time I'm trying to keep it a secret from colleagues as I've only just returned to work and I'm sure I'll show dead early... no 11 week bump yet just tight trousers!

Hello! I'm 7 weeks pregnant and my trousers are tighter, but I think I'm just a bit fat because I can't seem to stop eating! Dp's nan just told me the other day that twins are in the family, and my mum just told me that we have some twins in our family too. Could be twins? Dunno. Can't wait for a proper bump though! I'm only 8 weeks gone & have a bump. Haven't yet had a scan. Thinking maybe further gone that I/the doc thinks or maybe there's 2!!

This is my 1st pregnancy. So good to hear there are others with similar thoughts.

I'm 11 weeks and have a miniscule bump during the day, BUT am totally convinced it is due to pigging out for the last two months. And i really have pigged out! However, my stomach stuck out more a month ago than it does now as i was terribly bloated. This week when i get up in the mornings and my tummy is empty, it's lovely and flat and i can't believe there is anything in there. Then i eat a monster breakfast and bump returns! It is a perfect little round pot belly thing. I rather like it!

I had quite a big bump at 11 weeks and discovered it was twins at the first scan.
Are there twins in your family.
