Is it normal to have constant pain?

I've had round ligament pain for a couple of weeks now. I'm just over 23 weeks. Everywhere I've read (only reliable sources such as NHS) have said that round ligament pain should be fleeting or brief. I have a constant pain around my left ovary, it feels like a pulling pain literally like my ligaments are being stretched, but it is there all the time. Every time I move, stand up, walk etc etc. It's pretty painful. Has anyone else experienced this before? It's like when I move I'm stretching an elastic band that's about to snap...

Could be Symphasis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD), your description of the elastic band sounds very similar to some of the symptoms I had with it (with the additional being kicked in the crotch pain!) I developed it around 15 weeks, and unfortunately it doesn't go until after delivery Confused Mine felt worst when going up stairs, or standing on one leg (eg when getting dressed) or rolling over in bed. See your midwife/gp they can refer for pregnancy physio/hydrotherapy which could be helpful either way. Also using Physio tape to help support weight of bump can help - there are video tutorials on YouTube. Good luck!

Could just be stretching but wouldn't hurt to tell your midwife, I don't think constant pain is usual.

See your midwife or doctor and get referred to a physio who knows about SPD and antenatal care. They can give you some exercises and make recommendations about painkillers etc. Support belts and even crutches can be used to make you more comfortable.
