Low HCG!!

Hi

I got my bfp on a clear blue on Sunday and a slightly darker one on Monday.

I went to my doctor yesterday and she took blood to check my HCG level. She said she expected it to be over 2000. However when she called me last night she said it was at 28!!! She said this was low and not to worry right now and I’m going in for some more bloods on Friday morning.

I took a clear blue digital this morning and it said Pregnant 1-2 weeks, however I should be around 4 weeks!

My cycles have been all over the place since I came off depo last April. However they have been getting much more regular.

I am not experiencing any bleeding or pain at the moment. Just uncomfortable bloating! And I’m really tired all the time.

Any advice or share your own experiences?

You have to add 2 weeks into a CB digi coz try go from conception not from LMP.

I'm not sure about HCG has I never had it tested or they didn't tell me what it was - I think as long as it's doubling when you have it done it's fine

They told me my initial levels were low then we had a pleasant surprise when they doubled, I had my bloods done around 4 times and once they didnt quite double but had gone up. My first scan showed nothing, had another scan 2 weeks after where a sac/yolk was present. Another 2 weeks on and a bean with a heartbeat was there. I had longer cycles but even with that had put myself 2/3 weeks further along than I have been dated so far. Nervously waiting for my 12 week scan at the end of the month. You are quite early on so the important thing is you see growth in your HCG from your next blood tests.

Conception should have been between 17-21st June. I’m sure I ovulated on the 19th!

So if Icount it that way im only 3 weeks post conception.

Is that better? I’m not sure! I’m so scared

I’m having more bloods on friday, I’m not experiencing any miscarriage symptoms as of yet! Yeah my cycles are around 32 days... quite long

The EPU nurses told me not to get so hung up on dates as they only become reliable once you have had your 12 week scan. I had bleeding and was so scared due to a previous MC however so far so good. As you dont have pain or bleeding I would try to relax more (easier said than done) symptoms do come/go and change.

I do feel better now! My boobs aren’t as sore today which isn’t a bad thing! (They are definitely heavier!) but I am still exhausted and I have also developed a sore throat and I’m run down! I don’t usually get I’ll x

Tiredness has been my main symptom so far, I have needed to take naps (which is very unlike me) and have really struggled to get up some mornings. Try to rest more.

I’ll try! My job isn’t strenuous, but home is as my mother in law is just getting over pneumonia! So I’m doing a bit more!

I have been sleeping after work almost every day!

Just to update!

My bloods came back from Friday this morning and my HCG had gone up to 57 in 48 hours from 28!

I hope this mrams it’s all fine!

That's positive news @E1994G are they repeating the bloods again?
