Can you guess if my baby is a baby boy or girl based on ultrasound picture, dated as 13w0d, please?!

I did think that, but today I looked at the scan I gave my mum and it makes me think girl. I'm happy whichever, I'm just so impatient and want to know so badly! What do you think of this one?
