I keep reading about miscarriges and all the bad things that could happen im totally freaking myself outSad

I had my first midwife app yesterday and got my booking in wednesday coming but im still worried and I dont know why!

Ive felt so nauseous for the past 2 weeks and had horrid backache and really sore nipples. And now they seem to be disappearing?
I say disappearing, i felt fine last night and woke up this morning dry heaving (tmi) into the toilet, and my backache camd back...
Is this normal? Its my 1st pregnancy and ive got so many questions i just feel people think im going crazy!!
Am i going mad?
Im exactly 10 weeks today (i hope)(1st day of last period was 1st may)

It's normal to be a bit worried, I think. Have you got a date for your scan in a couple of weeks? Flowers

Welcome to motherhood Smile

I was exactly the same during my pregnancy, continuously paranoid about something going wrong. Rest assured that how you're feeling is normal Thanks

I feel your pain - I remember asking my obstetrician when I can stop worrying and she said 'never' lol! It's normal to worry about every twinge and non-twinge just enjoy and relax (if you can!)
Congratulations!

I'm in the same boat! At the moment I am just trying my best not to think because if I do I go down a rabbit hole. And this is my second! I feel far more anxious than with my first. Last time Hypnobirthing really helped me (more for anxiety during pregnancy than the birth) so that might be worth a try xx

@Annalogy I just cant help feeling worried when the symptoms just magically disappear or arent as bad as they were haha Think id rather something always there so I knew! Keep watching my boobs for changes but nothing Sad

@DorisDays Ooo ive heard of that! It is meant to be good but dont think ive got the paitence Confused (my own worst enemy) I just want to know somethings deffo in there and alls okay!

@captainshortie I know how you feel, I was the same all the way up until I gave birth. It got worse towards the end when I was worried about movement.

It is normal to worry about these things. We're human and we're growing a little human that we can't even see yet.

Just try not to succumb to your fears. It'll all be ok in the end and if you're too worried then call the triage Smile

As for symptoms, at this early stage they'll come and go. Overnight you'll just become very pregnant and you'll definitely know about it then haha SmileSmile

I've only had one baby but I'd definitely be just as anxious if I ever had a second Grin
