Blood vessels burst

Has anyone experienced burst blood vessels in their neck and face after getting sick?
I'm currently 10+4. Last night I got sick a lot(only happened once before last week and it was morning so before I had eaten)
This time though, I noticed lots of tiny red dots show up on my neck, my chin and around my eyes and cheeks too.

I looked it up on Google and have come to the conclusion that it's burst blood vessels. I never knew this could happen 😱

If anyone has experienced this, how long did it take to go back to normal? My manager noticed it on my neck today but thankfully she knows I'm pregnant so didn't point it out to anyone.

My dh had this after a nasty vomiting episode, I don't think it lasted very long but can't say exactly.

This happens to me every time I have any kind of vomiting bug or a bad hangover

It should go away in a few days

I had this constantly.
I was vomiting blood from burst vessels in my throat.
I had hyperemesis.
When I was first admitted to hospital they thought I had been assaulted because of all the swelling and bruising around my eyes.
All from the vomiting.

Thanks for the replies.. yes my neck looked a bit out of sorts, almost would think I'd been attacked around the neck. It seems to be going down a bit but really hope it doesn't happen again
