No its not accurate at all, even if it's a girl, her labia will be so swollen and massive still that it could easily be mistaken for a penis. Sex can't be seen on an ultrasound accurately til 16 weeks. If you want to know before then, you need to get something like the Harmony.

That's a pretty convincing boy to me. My 14 week scan with girl did not look like that.

I think you mean guess the sex; sex is decided at conception while gender is imaginary subject to change.

Whilst it looks like boy, it’s not supposed to be reliable looking at a scan until 16 weeks as both genitalia look so alike until then.
