When do they start normally? Wondering if the cramps/pains/aches I have are those?

Or how would they be described if not?

They can start as early as 7 weeks but not everyone has then and you usually don't notice them before about 20 weeks at the earliest. For me I first felt a weird heaviness when I was trying to walk and it took a while to realise what it was. Your bump will tighten so that's the main way to identify them. For some people they ache and for others they are painless.

General cramps/pains/aches in your bump are likely to be stretching pains.
