Hi everyone. I'm 22 weeks pregnant with my first baby and the last couple of weeks I have felt great but last night all of a sudden I felt like I was going to faint, I felt clammy, and my heart rate sped up.
my husband helped me to our bed so I could lie down in front of the fan.
it thankfully past in about 30 mins but I then didn't sleep very well at all and today I'm sat at work, but I feel spaced out, I feel very weak, lightheaded still and a tad sick.

I probably shouldn't be here but I've had few days off lately and still in probation so I worry about them getting rid of me.

has anyone had anything like this? should I get myself checked? should I be at home resting? this is all new to me so feel very nervous.

thank you
xx

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I'd always say that you should get checked. Call the midwife or triage line and and say that you are a bit worried and explain your symptoms. It sounds a lot like maybe your blood sugar dropped though. Did you or eat well or maybe drank a lot of water?

Hi,
Yeah I try and eat well throughout the day and always drinking plenty of water. it was all very strange as it happened at about 9.30pm and I just came over feel very odd and still do now. it also lead to a slight panic attack.

There are lots of possible causes, the heat, low blood sugar, anaemia, hormones. You should probably get checked just incase.
