Regular cramps 21 weeks

Not in time with tightenings but having tightenings and period like pains coming and going varying in strength. Took paracetamol 2 hours ago and it hasnt helped at all. Can feel baby moving. Should I be concerned?

If you are worried even the slightest bit, call your maternity triage. The number should be on the front of your notes. When in doubt, get checked out.
