Almost 32 weeks with 3rd dc.

The last 2 weeks have been an absolute nightmare. The heat hasn't helped.

I had so much energy beforehand and now it's just gone.

I'm struggling to breathe, I can barely get up the stairs, not sleeping well, constantly thirsty but heart burn is awful. Pain in my legs and pelvis - had spd in my last one. Nausea still there - had my fair share of hospital stays due to hypermesis.

I'm literally just taking my dcs to school every day and picking them back up. Nothing in between. Sports day tomorrow and I honestly don't know how I'm going to do it. I'm just exhausted. I look awful.

Plus I'm booked in for an elective section and already dreading that - even though I've had 2 before. Stupidily read a story that popped up on my fb with the worst possible outcome - extremely sad. So now I've got that in my head also.

When is my energy going to return? It needs to hurry up before the school holidays start :-(

I am 30 weeks with 3rd DC and finding it really hard going so sympathies.

Have you had your iron levels checked recently? Mine were really low at my 28 week bloods so im on a high dose of iron and i think its slowly helping. The heat is still killing me though!

Oh and despite having had 2 sections before, im terrified of this one!

Didn’t want to read & run.. I just wanted to say I also feel pretty crappy at the moment.
I’m 32+3 with my first and feeling fed up, got bad SPD so in a lot of pain, feel as though my vagina is bruised all the time (tmi sorry!), have very very swollen feet and can’t fit into any shoes other than one pair of scruffy flip flops, got a horrible cough and can’t take anything, heartburn, back ache... the lot. I feel stupid complaining but just genuinely feeling awful now. Got just over 7 weeks til due date if he comes on time and it feels SO far away!

You’re not alone! Really hope you feel better soon, it’ll be so worth it for us both when the babies are here! x

@littlepooch oh we are in the same boat then - thank you for posting! I don't know if it's because I know what to expect that I'm so scared - but then my 2nd section was absolutely so I don't know why I'm worrying. I'm stressing big time about school holidays. I was hoping to be able to enjoy some quality time with dcs but I feel like there's no way of that happening :-( I'll give birth 2 days before they go back to school.

@Helloitskate oh don't worry about the tmi - that's exactly how I feel too. I feel so sore down there but I know it's actually my pelvis that's sore. I have the cough too! I'm putting that down to a nervous cough and also just the fact that I can't breath basically - I'm waking up in the night gasping for breath too but I know that's just because baby is so high. I can feel him right in my ribs, I'm hoping when he drops down it will just ease everything.

Really hope you both start to feel better soon, get through the next weeks as best we can.....if that's possible lol x
