Has anyone on this board had issues claiming maternity allowance?
I sent mine off well over a month ago(complications meant I sent it off when my baby was 6 weeks old) , had all my forms sent back within a week and got told by text not to contact them for 24 working days.
Fast forward to today, so I ring the maternity office to see how far my claim has got, only to be told I wasnt on their system and to ring back no later than Friday!!!!! If I'm still not on their systems by then, I have the painstaking issue of gathering all the bloody forms together to send off again, I am LIVID!!! Eughhhh, anyone else had this problem??
