12 weeks pregnant and headache lasting 3 days!!

I'm 12 weeks pregnant following IVF treatment.
I stopped taking Progynova & progesterone pessaries on Friday and since then I've had the worst constant headache ever. I don't know if it's a coincidence with stopping the meds or if it's something else. It's driving me nuts. I go to bed with it and wake up with the same pounding head.

Paracetamol isn't touching it. Any advice?

I have no experience of IVF meds, but could it be the heat/dehydration?

More than likely a pregnancy symptom.

I had a headache basically the whole 1st trimester til about 18 weeks. Doctors advice was plenty of sleep and water, water, water!

Dehydration headache is a sore one and doesn't go away easily, only though lots of water to catch up and keep up.

I'm drinking five or six litres a day, it's melting hot!

I've no experience of IVF but headaches can be a symptom of pregnancy. I get quiet a lot of headaches and have been getting them since before I knew I was actually pregnant from around time of conception - I very rarely get headaches before i got pregnant. This heat wave probably isn't helping. Make sure you stay hydrated.
