Tiredness is 2nd trimester

Is it just the heat or could it be something else but I'm now 25 weeks + 3 days and really struggling with tiredness again very similar to to how I felt during 1st trimester. Just had 2 weeks annual leave from work and going back tomorrow but wondering how I'm going to get through the day without a nap 🙈 . Hopefully I'll be too busy to think about it!

Oh I feel your pain. I’m 24+1 and back at work tomorrow after a week off (a busy week but afternoon naps have been saving the days). Honestly worrying about how I will stay awake as I get to about 11am and my eyes start stinging and feeling like I have weights attached to them.
