Yes morning sickness is vile.

heartburn driving me nuts atm

MissGolightly · 26/05/2007 22:50

1st trimester (morning sickness and shattering, mind-numbing, bone-aching tiredness)

and last 2 weeks (constant discomfort, lack of sleep, heartburn, inability to sit down or do anything for jitters!)

yellowshoes · 26/05/2007 22:50

yes, morning sickness, birth was a doddle compaired to that!

DaisysGotSausageFeet · 26/05/2007 22:59

heartburn and my normally comely ankles looking like sausages!

winniepoo · 26/05/2007 23:03

morning sickness and labour the middle bit is lovely!

liath · 26/05/2007 23:05

Final 10 weeks. Unwieldy, uncomfortable, grumpy and generally bleugh. Used to wish I could just take the bump off for an hour a day for a break.

pucca · 26/05/2007 23:18

Morning sickness, and SPD awful!!!!

TheShopaholic · 26/05/2007 23:29

The heartburn and general discomfort of the last month when I was the size of a house

JoolsToo · 26/05/2007 23:32

the birth

Twinklemegan · 26/05/2007 23:47

Unrelenting tiredness throughout. SPD. Swelling up. And THE BIRTH.

Twinklemegan · 26/05/2007 23:48

Oh yes, and bl**dy awful heartburn for the last 3 months. You can tell I really enjoyed it can't you?!

elkiedee · 27/05/2007 01:02

acid at the end of my pregnancy, causing not just heartburn but sickness as well. Gaviscon tastes disgusting and not that effective for me, icepops were more successful and became an obsession.

deestingsduznotappen · 27/05/2007 01:05

The permenant taste of Rennies

berolina · 27/05/2007 03:57

This time: bleeds from placenta praevia.

And generally: the fear and worry about premature labour, waters going, etc.

I've always got off quite lightly in the sickness and heartburn department

oldwomanwholivedinashoe · 27/05/2007 03:58

last 2 weeks. its just so uncomfortable - oh and blowing up like a balloon with water!

whomovedmychocolate · 27/05/2007 05:03

The last three months nearly killed me (actually quite literally, I had no idea but my liver was failing).

Also piles!

SofiaAmes · 27/05/2007 06:23

The first 9.5 months were the worst. Or maybe it was the last 9.5 months.

footprints · 27/05/2007 07:25

I was lucky and had a really easy pregnancy, and on the whole I loved it. The worst was the last month, the waiting and waiting and waiting and being huge and tired and impatient and wanting to get it over with and the actual birth was a nightmare!

lisad123 · 27/05/2007 07:29

Am I allowed to say the whole time
Morning sickness, heart and bp problems and SPD, oh and blood clots.
I spent 6-7 weeks in hospital last time round, which is horrible, hopfully this time they can "manage" my problems at home.

I think it's changed as the pregnancy has progressed.

1st Trim: Exhaustion and having to act at work like you're not pregnant and exhausted
2nd Trim: Not much except how long there still seemed to go
3rd Trim: Hearburn, Pain from babys position. Generally being uncomfortable ALL the time.

Oh yes and on odd occasions not being able to drink when you're surrounded by people getting bladdered!

Dottydot · 27/05/2007 10:37

The whole thing. All 42 blardy weeks of it.

beckmo · 27/05/2007 10:51

I've had an easy pregnancy by the sounds of things...2 weeks left to go though and thoroughly fed up with the waiting, waiting, waiting. It's making me quite bonkers. That and the rather nasty sensation that the baby has dropped and is trying to push its way out of my bum!Hope it realises its heading in the wrong direction during labour....

LackingNicknameInspiration · 28/05/2007 17:12

Sore boobs, without a doubt.

Although am getting really grotty if anyone in my vicinity has a glass of wine - 'snot fair .

wheniamqueen · 28/05/2007 17:16

really bad morning sickness to start but now its the constant worry whether hes ok inbetween kicking sessions

My3Girls · 28/05/2007 17:18

Got to be the fat arse I have now got and braxton hicks especially now when they are always strong and rather painful.
