Looking for someone that has gone through something similar?

Hi there, I am just looking for somebody advice as I am very confused. I had the copper IUD fitted for 3 years then last month I started randomly spotting then a few days later my IUD literally fell out!!!! I got the morning after pill prescribed by my GP as I had been having unprotected sex with my partner (when I had the IUD in place) ... 3 weeks later I've gotten 2 faint early pregnancy test positives then 5 negatives and now started my period 4 days early (very very unusually light) ... I am so confused to what is happening, I do have pregnancy symptoms the same as my first pregnancy (cramping, swollen breasts and feeling bloated) but not sure if I'm just imagining all this. Anyone else experience something similar or have any idea what might be going on?? Thank you.

I’ve not had this but I have had spotting during early pregnancy.

Are your tests still negative? Do you have abdominal pain? Could it be an ectopic pregnancy?

Not had the same experience but i would say maybe go see your GP they’ll do a blood test to see if you are pregnant, the bleed could be an implantation bleed.

you need proper advice. i would go to your family planning clinic, as they tend to be most knowledgeable.
